After almost a year of falling off of the high raw high vegan bandwagon due to a hectic schedule I’m happy to say I’m back at it. I’m easing into it this time, so I’ll be blogging about more then just raw vegan foods here.
Yesterday I whipped up a batch of Kimberly Snyder’s vegan Glowing Green Smoothie, recipe here . Green smoothies are cleansing, energizing and filling. When I make enough to last a few days they’re a great go to when I need something quick, but healthy. I usually drink these as a late mid-morning snack because I generally don’t get hungry before noon.
