I woke up motivated and ready to workout today. I’m still weak from a horrible bout of bronchitis I’m still recovering from and sore from yesterday’s workout so, I took it easy on the cardio and did a slow two mile jog. Considering I’m out of breath and still coughing up phlegm the run went pretty well after the initial first few minutes. Post run I had a fresh green juice.
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 apple
- 1/2 lemon (unpeeled if organic)
- 3 large handfuls dandelion greens
- 1 large handful cilantro
- 1 cucumber (unpeeled if organic)
